Watching a man die at work impacted my ability to influence others in Safety more than any other training.  Over 25 years serving people in Wellness & Safety is a purpose & privilege for me. Figuring out gaps in performance, setting strategy, responding as a waitress, puzzle solver, salesperson and mentor to keep people at their very best & engaged is what I do. Being decisive, setting systems & influencing people helps me get exceptional results.  Dedicated to Injury Prevention through Behavior Based Safety Programs and Statistical Analysis of Past Injury Trends and Strategic Planning.  Influencing & inspiring large groups is a strength. Let me talk to your teams and share my safety stories to help you get the best results.

Oh yeah, I'm also a Woman with an Engineering Degree and appear white although half Puerto Rican and grew up in black neighborhoods. I have a lot to share through humor and seek to bring people together through the heart & soul.
